Socks

Warm and squishy, knitted socks are durable and a real luxury. Hand made on Bessie, my vintage 1929 Circular Sock Machine.

WHAT SIZE? Knitted socks are also stretchy and most will fit at least 3 shoe sizes.

If you like a looser sock, have wide feet or may accidentally throw them in a general wash, choose the lower of the 2 sizes. This is the smallest foot they will fit.

If you like a snug sock, have standard width feet and are likely to wash them carefully, you’ll be safer with the upper of the 2 sizes.
