Starting life as the beautifully calm ‘Dusk’ colourway, this wool took the dye beautifully, showing up the subtle changes in tone from the ruby dye and guaranteed to be one-of-a-kind. Due to the variations in the gorgeous base wool, the skeins absorbed the dye in different ways, so choose the one topped with one of my luxurious handmade faux fur pom poms, or plump for the naked version.

The hat is double layered with a roll up brim, so there’s 4 layers of super soft, super warmth covering your ears. Bring on those minus temperatures.
Handwash or gentle machine wash at 30° but remove that pom pom first! Do not spin. Do not tumble dry. Gently pull back into shape and dry flat.
