Ready-to-Finish Hand-Knitted Sock Tubes
Love knitting or gifting your own handmade socks but short on time (or patience) for all that endless knitting? Let me take care of it for you!
Each order comes with a full 100g ball of West Yorkshire Spinners Signature 4-ply wool (rrp £9.50 Sep 25), featuring 35% Bluefaced Leicester wool—soft, strong, and perfect for cosy, durable socks. I’ll knit it into either one long tube or two individual tubes, depending on your preference.
- One Tube Option: The full 100g knitted as a single, continuous tube.
- Two Tube Option (slightly extra): I’ll divide the yarn as evenly as possible into two tubes (around 50g each), while keeping the pattern perfectly matched.
- 64 stitches per row or
- 72 stitches per row
With a gauge of 8.5 stitches and 11 rows per inch, the resulting tube is an ideal fit, ready for your personal touch: add heels, toes, or ribbing in your own style. You can either undo the ends of the tubes for finishing or incorporate yarn from your stash.
